The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Tirana, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The service provided by the staff, especially Johanna and Kristal, was genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite dated and not particularly clean, which detracted from the stay. Additionally, the noise from the street was a bit much, especially at night, making it not an ideal choice for light sleepers.
